Gals That Give presents $5,000 to Pathways to Success

Gals That Give raised more than $5,000 for Pathways to Success during its December event held in the Clubhouse at Baywood.  

Fay Blake, Pathways to Success founder and executive director, said: “These funds will help us support the students in our program so much. From providing healthy snacks to other essentials, this is so appreciated. Gals That Give is a wonderful organization that helps so many Delaware nonprofits.”

The Pathways to Success program supports primarily underserved and under-resourced students attending Cape Henlopen, Milford, Polytech, Seaford and Sussex Tech high school. The program’s graduation rate is 98%, with 96% of the students going on to college, getting certified in a trade, entering the military or entering the workforce.

Gals that Give raises funds for Compassionate Hearts

Gals that Give charity hosted another successful fundraising event at the Baywood Greens clubhouse Oct. 25, as the group grows its presence in Sussex County. More than 125 people gathered to share a meal and laughs while raising more than $5,200 for Compassionate Hearts, a local nonprofit providing equine therapy and personal development.

Gals That Give, a social organization founded to raise funds for nonprofit organizations, recently presented a check for $4,500 to Children’s Beach House in Lewes. The funds were raised during a March 16 event at The Clubhouse at Baywood.
