Application & requirements

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Gals That Give Charity! Please review the requirements below and complete the application to be a 2026 Charity Partner by Friday, October 3rd, 2025. Additional questions or information can be sent via email to galsthatgivecharity@gmail.com.

We partner with charitable organizations of all sizes! To be selected, applicants must have a 501c3 and serve the residents of Delaware. In general, applicants with the following classifications will not be considered.

Individuals
Organizations that lack the 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status
Political organizations, candidates or lobbying efforts
Religious organizations
Fraternal organizations
Sports team

Please note that applications with the following classifications will be prioritized according to the applicant pool.

National or international organizations, unless their programs have significant local impact.
Beneficiaries from the last three years.

To ensure a successful #dogood event, Charity Partners are responsible for the following items prior to your event:

The event point-of-contact and/or coordinator(s) must attend a Gals That Give Charity event to become familiar with the agenda, flow & format.
Secure a minimum of 60 pick-a-prize auction baskets. Recommended price point: $100 per basket
Designate 4-6 volunteers which will be responsible for auction and 50/50 tickets at the event.
Give a brief presentation about the organization and local impact. We welcome testimonials and guest speakers to help tell your impact story.
Leverage network and marketing to boost attendance at the event.

Do you already have fundraising activities planned for 2025? If yes, please list the dates and locations here. If selected, this will be used for planning purposes to avoid date conflicts.

Enter the organization’s total operating budget. You will be asked to provide (or submit) an income statement. In lieu of a statement, provide a list of indirect and direct costs over 12 months.
